MAIN CHANGES
------------

	- Add basic error report for common configuration errors.

	An output panel containing error information will be displayed if the
	dart binary can't be located by the Dart package for Sublime Text.

	- Add file_regex to support error navigation using F4. (Thanks @zoechi)

	It should now be possible to navigate errors if obtained by running the
	analyzer from the command palette.
