Adds an include rule for default continuous integration folder, a new rule for an updated path in version 10, a few headers, and fixes a typo.

@ChristopherJennings apologies for the delay in replying to this. I had a lot of these templates requested, but I couldn't quite figure out the right place for them. I ended up settling on #2857, and you'll see a Kentico template can now be found at Feel free to submit any future improvements to that template, and thanks again for the contribution! |

These are not explicitly documented publicly. I am preparing a blogpost for the official developer portal that will describe the reasoning for the rules with more detail than is described in the brief inline comments already present. These rules have been developed over years of using Kentico in git.
