When you go to remove a project from Sentry, the "Remove Project" screen may need a bit of a change. From a user perspective I was a bit confused by the dropdown positioning, I actually didn't realize it was related to the second radio selection.

Maybe make the Project dropdown disabled unless the "Migrate events to another project" is selected. It may seem like something stupidly minor but I actually was confused and thought that I was being asked to select the project I was deleting but the project wasn't in the list. May be a bit confusing for some people.

Or change "Project" to "Project to Migrate to:"
