Nick fixed this attribute,
and this also applies to Block Lab.
It's now deprecated to add the
pre-commit hook via the scripts object.
Bump the version in the same places
as previous bump PRs:
#540
Confirming this works with WP 5.5
Instead, defer this to
npm run test:e2e
Do npm run packages-update
to update WP packages.

Applies the new prettier rules
It'd be godo to avoid these,
but these are part of the WordPress
npm packages we're using.
Use fireEvent instead of
user to input the color.
They can cause the main block config
editor to be in the side,
where there isn't enough room.
Hide the meta box arrows, as they don't work in Edit Block
…ptic-6.5.3

[Security] Bump elliptic from 6.5.2 to 6.5.3
Retain both commits in many cases.
In package.json,
use the latest versions.

Reviewed 83653d4 and d9c20fe. They look good to me. Love me some unicode ellipses.
