As of #1392, we no longer support Sprockets as an asset pipeline – assets are delivered with Propshaft and bundled with Vite. However, for folks who aren't interested in bundling at all and would rather serve things directly (e.g. from a CDN), we should be able to support that. This would bring us more in line with Blacklight, which has separate assets generators for Sprockets, Propshaft, and Importmap.
