Enhance about us page's code, according to #458.

Set default theme based on user preference
Serve & optimize header background image
Refactor sections' structure and update CSS
Increase social icon & avatar size in profile
Update light theme primary color(#2b896a): Not picking a color to fulfill the AA grade contrast as it will further lower the ones with dark background (i.e. footer)
Deprecate some CSS classes
Convert image to Webp
Fix timeline UI in mobile
Standalone team info data
