Describe the bug
When resending a message from the errorstore the message can not be found under its original messageId, (in case of a reoccurring error)
The message-id is set with the rownum of the original message.

I also do not like the fact a new row is created, in my opinion this increases the margin of error and leaves room to loose messages

To Reproduce
resend error from a errorstore (this behavior has changed recently)

Expected behavior
I expect the original record to be in the error store when a resend failed
