Describe the bug
In GUI 3.0, there is an option to get a summary of the ibisstore. Pressing the Send button to get the summary, does not show the summary.

Also, the name in the menu and the name on the page and in the title, have different capitalization.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'JDBC/IBISstore summary'
2. Click on 'Send'
3. See no results

Expected behavior
I expect to see the summary, as the statement that is logged does return the values when used in Execute Query.
