Add support for mulitple image "buffers" and buffer manipulation #598

- Each image buffer is selectable as the current main buffer, e.g.
--select-buffer 1 - Operations can combine buffers, e.g.
--glue-buffers left-to-right 1,2,3,4 - Batch may be transformed to use buffers; perhaps with auto setting
--buffer-to-par - Can be used to suppot animation; e.g.
--anim-to-buffersor--explode-frames
