We are observing below issue intermittently

Our SElinux policy is as below

As per some of these reference links as below

all things look ok. However, we still observe this issue intermittently. When we restart the system the problem goes away. Can you help us in this case?

Impact

All docker-dependent services are not working. All docker containers are not working making the machine in a non-workable state.

Environment and steps to reproduce

This is intermitted issue we observe. We don't have any specific steps to reproduce the same.

Expected behavior

torcx.target should be active.
