I have added a malayalam translation for github-windows-vs-code-tutorial.md because when you click on the malayalam translation of the readme file and then click on the vscode icon for help with contributing using vscode, it takes you to the english version, which is github-windows-vs-code-tutorial.md. This occurred because there is no malayalam translation for it up until now.
I have also added my name to the contributor's list.
