Adds a new package @finos/perspective-esbuild-plugin which allows external projects to compile Perspective with maximal WebAssembly loading efficiency via esbuild, similar to @finos/perspective-webpack-plugin. Also provides an example project, esbuild-example.

Fixes #1655
