Fixes an issue with the material CSS theme which caused the "level 2" cssnano compression settings used by docusaurus to output a bad linear-gradient value, specifically when the gradient stops were not in ascending order. This caused docs site charts to fail render
Fixes an issue with regular-table render throttling which caused multiple perspective-viewers rendering at the same time to conflate, ala the docs examples pages.
