Changed default @fios/perspective-viewer-d3fc series and heatmap chart colors for the "Material Dark" theme.

Changed Row hover in @finos/perspective-viewer-datagrid styling to add left and right borders, plus extend highlight to collapse/expand button.

Changed null-column and drag/drop highlight styling.

Adjusted text scaling for Treemap and Sunburst charts to 14px (from 19px), removed font-weight: bodd.
Adjusted Treemap section separation spacing (-1px).
Adjusted tooltip text size (12px).
Fixed scroll track overflow bug.
