What happened?

Actual behavior: some users click on + button several times
Problem: our assumption that they don't understand hot to start the conversation or change a model
Expected: If new conversation is on the screen, user has never clicked on 'Change agent' link, we should open Change agent screen on + button click.

If MindMap conversation is opened then always open Change agent screen on + button click
