How to reproduce

Preconditions:
there is published custom app with versions 0.0.1 and 0.0.2

Steps:

1. Open DIAL Marketplace
2. find published application
3. click on its card
4. when version 0.0.2 is selected , click on book mark icon -> confirmation toast is displayed, version 0.0.2 was added to My workspace
5. select version 0.0.1 and click on book mark icon -> confirmation toast is displayed, version 0.0.1 was added to My workspace
6. click Use application button -> new conversation screen with selected custom app version 0.0.1 is displayed, version dropdown is available
7. on New conversation select version 0.0.2 -> message text box is not availalble, "add the agent to My workspace" button is displayed -> bug

Actual result

button "Add the agent to My workspace ti continue" displayed instead of message textbox for versions of app, added to My workspace
NOTE: Reproducible for deployed published versions of code app
NOTE: Not reproducible for models

Expected result

If version of custom (code) app was added to my workspace, then it should be available to use on New conversation screen
