Box API deprecated! Breaking change, requires package update

The [Box API](https://wikimapia.org/api/#oldbox) is deprecated. This is a breaking change, as the package relied on this API function to fetch the identifiers of features. I guess now I will have to rewrite key package functions using [Place.Getbyarea](https://wikimapia.org/api/#placegetbyarea) or [Place.Getnearest](https://wikimapia.org/api/#placegetnearest).
