build workflow was recently added to replace the older pr workflow. Ignoring markdown files and running `kitchen verify` were missing, they have now been added to `build` and `pr` has been removed. Signed-off-by: Daniel.Hill <daniel.hill@engineering.digital.dwp.gov.uk>
