i was referencing a commit in my build system and it is no longer found. i also noticed that master was changed to main. :(

The tag we currently use no longer exists in the upstream repository, as
the history has ben "rewritten":
    drowe67/codec2#5

Bump to the latest (and only) tag in the new repository.
