Tried it out, and it appears to function like it used to in Wx Dolphin.

Soo....left-clicking toggles between on and off; and right-clicking toggles a indeterminate state that does...nothing (ever) when the current frame is even? Sounds like an odd feature (no pun intended tho)

Well, I guess I misunderstood what the boolean is for (on/off vs. odd/even). Could work like that, but casting that bool to int threw me off.
