Hi and thanks for the great work with django-localflavor.

We are currently using RFCs from Mexico in our app. We found a weird RFC (ACE900319JT9) that fails with invalid checksum error. According to this official site: https://portalsat.plataforma.sat.gob.mx/ConsultaRFC/, it's a valid RFC.

¿Any suggestion about what to do here?. It looks like an incorrectly generated (but already existant) RFC.
