compatibility/test-daml-version-and-install.sh is largely superseded by compatibility/test-all-installs.sh now - we should be fine to delete it, but we should give it a once over to see if there's anything that compatibility/test-daml-version-and-install.sh tests that isn't by compatibility/test-all-installs.sh
