While getting setup to do this I ran into some issues that I documented in the original issue. Should any of those things be added to setup.md as part of this PR? |

I'd make a new issue for the setup issues. I ran into some of those as well. |

This hides the resize handles when the window is maximized so you're able to double click in the ~3px area at the top of the title bar to restore the window size.
