Added Spanish translation (and also included it as a language in app/build.gradle.kts, app/src/main/java/com/davidtakac/bura/common/Locale.kt and app/src/main/res/xml/locales_config.xml).
I also changed the hardcoded text for
FuturePrecipitation.None(in app/src/main/java/com/davidtakac/bura/summary/precipitation/PrecipitationSummary.kt) so as it uses a localized string.
