Feature Request Description

I use custom styles on some websites ( default dynamic-theme-fixes.config is no suit me )
I write styles in darkread Dev Tools, Close the browser, reopen it, and the settings are restored
My changes to dynamic-theme-fixes.config are not persistent

I have been looking for this feature for years. I want to keep all sites synchronized with the latest fixes except for a few of my choosing.

from the previous issues, it seems that this feature will not be supported

my issues duplicate of #13456, Sorry for that

I reverted #10555, and build, it works ok on my Firefox
