Feature Request Description

Using Dynamic Theme if you edit the CSS using Dev Tool, when you restart the browser you lost everything, please add a percistent mode like in Static Theme. If you ask why you don't use the Static Theme? Because is not the same thing. And use Stylus combined with DR is not a good option. If you need disable the dark mode you need disable two plugins.
