To use SSO with an endpoint, the STRATOS SSO callback URL must be white-listed in the client's redirect_uri.
This PR adds a flag that the admin can set when registering and endpoint to indicate that they have done this - Stratos will then allow the user to use SSO to login to the endpoint.
