The service name shown is: console-ui-ext but this actually depends on the release name:

See:

https://github.com/cloudfoundry/stratos/blob/master/deploy/kubernetes/console/templates/service.yaml#L21

Should be:

"{{ .Release.Name }}-ui-ext"
