If an error occurs with one CF no longer being valid, the UI shows that all endpoints have an issue - not just the one that actually does.

Steps to reproduce:

• Have multiple CFs comnnected
• Stop one - e.g. with PCF Dev, cf pcfdev suspend
• Go to app wall - wait for the error bar
• Go to endpoints - should see error
• Disconnect the errored CF
• All endpoints show an error
