Hide app wall filter/s when there are zero apps

- Seen when there was a single cf connected that had no apps
- We show the correct message, however display the filter by name field
- Filtering by name then enables a few other things and incorrectly changes message
- Could hide whole top bar, but might need to change later on when we have a refresh mechanism
