I noticed I got a faulty yet sterile bionic from a feral human, and realized we were using the wrong fault for them.
Describe the solution
Replaced all cases of the obsoleted "reset to factory specs" fault in harvest.json with the non-sterile fault it's supposed to use, likely introduced when feral scientists were ported over.
