So far, bsf supports building artifacts(binaries, OCI images).
We also need a simple way (nix profile install .., docker run ..) to consume them(multi-arch). We may also want to avoid instructing Nix to always build from source, especially when we're releasing static binaries.

We'll create more issues/PRs and link them here as we make progress on this.
