Unable to delete autofill data

Expected behavior:
Removed entry should be deleted from the autofill saved data

• Platform (Win7, 8, 10? macOS? Linux distro?):
  Windows 10 x64
• Brave Version:
  0.12.0 RC1
• Steps to reproduce:
  1. Add autofill entry and save
  2. Try deleting an entry from the saved data
  3. Changes made are not saved.
