Describe the issue you encountered:
Bookmark folders without a visible title (which can be created by following the STR provided on #3347) cannot be deleted via the dialog which is displayed by clicking "Edit Folder" in the context menu of the folder on bookmark toolbar and "Delete" on the dialog.

Expected behavior: The folder should be deleted.

• Steps to reproduce:
  1. Close the browser
  2. Move away your session-store-1 temporarily and open the browser
  3. Create a bookmark folder without a visible title (type '' for the name)
  4. Save the folder
  5. Right click on the folder and select "edit folder"
  6. Click the link "delete"
