- Introduced a utility function, `eqBuffers`, to accurately compare two Buffer objects or their fallback values. - Updated buffer comparisons for `getWitnessScript` and `getRedeemScript` to use the new utility function, ensuring correct and more readable comparisons. Resolves #20.
