The changelog here is updated properly on new releases, but there are two issues:

• Individual releases only have the changelog commit message in their respective changelogs (e.g. here)
• The "Full Changelog" links in the changelog are pointing to https://github.com/bazelbuild/bazel-watcher/bazelbuild/bazel-watcher/compare/v0.13.0...v0.13.1 instead of https://github.com/bazelbuild/bazel-watcher/compare/v0.13.0...v0.13.1
