Describe the bug
The Debian install script doesn't create the normal folders ARM uses. Iv added this to the Installer as it caused issues with perms with ARM ui

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Follow wiki instructions to install via script install
  2. Run ARM ui
  3. Broken as ARM ui can't create folders.

[2.6.11]
