I have added a Hand Sign Image Recognition system using Pytorch Deep NN .The data set is actually images of numeric signs using hand (e.g. 0,1,2,3,4,5) . I have uploaded Hand_Sign_Pytorch.ipynb in the examples-pytorch folder . Please merge my Pull Request .
