Steps to reproduce

Image placeholder attribute doesn't work anymore, not even in the docs. That's why I gave the docs link. (In the docs link, go to the Progressive Loading example, it doesn't work)

What is expected?

A placeholder should appear when loading the image

What is actually happening?

Nothing, the images shows itself after loading without showing placeholder

I had a placeholder in my images to show a spinner when loading, after updating antd to version 4.10 to get the 'different image on preview feature', I lost the loader. While searching, I also noticed it didn't work in the docs, so I assume it's a bug.
