Installation

There are two ways to install Arduca:

Manual installation

Instant installation

1. Download the Arduca installer from the Arduca website.
2. Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.

Please note that the Arduca Website is currently in development and may not be available to all users. If you are unable to install Arduca using this method, please download the app through the releases page or try the manual installation method.

Usage

To use Arduca, follow these steps:

1. Enter your height, gender and weight in the Arduca interface.
2. Click on the "Calculate" button.
3. Arduca will calculate the body composition percentages and display them in the interface.
