PR summary

Changes have been made to the CI/CD process to include a YAML file with multi-stage build and release.

To complement the change to CI/CD, a new project folder structure has been put in place, and NuGet package references have been updated to their latest including restructuring the csproj format to use the latest MSBuild SDK extras reference.

Changes look good. Happy with the updates to the NuGet package generation for symbols package and new project structure 👍
