This PR adds the Flight Detector Block. It emits a redstone signal when the Tardis is in Flight.

Example usage:

Detector now emits signal strength based on flight progress, video is now irrelevant

Great block, found a crash which will need to be fixed. Please also make the block be a minimum of 1 when the TARDIS has taken off. We want to at least have some signal to show its active.
