Describe the changes you've made

• Minor website improvements/fixes.
  • Add links to a few buttons and such.
  • Fix Krish Gupta's profile data.
  • Fix broken mail link.
  • Add links to each partner's website.

A few things I wanted to add/fix:

• Center the last partner (in this case, The Algorithms).
• Center all the moderators/maintainers on the team page.

If anyone can do this, feel free to work on it by creating a PR (will make an issue for those two soon). 🙂
