Leveraging TesseractOCR, I obtain text data from the images MoH puts out on their site. This is scraped via a cronjob and presented on a FASTAPI site along with providing email updates for new information. Information is also presented in graphs on a FASTAPI site. Redis is used as the data store for improved API performance
