In package standard-deviational-ellipse.How can I input ellipse standard-deviationa number like 2 or 3?
In arcgis,there is a parameter ELLIPSE_SIZE.The default ellipse size is 1; valid choices are 1, 2, or 3 standard deviations.

@houxieyu the module currently doesn't support an ellipseSize option, it would require additional development to add it.
