This file specifies the JVM toolchain version for the Gradle daemon. It ensures consistent JVM usage during builds by aligning with the designated toolchain version.
Replaced deprecated saveDataTag with saveAndJoin for better chunk data handling. Upgraded Paperweight and game version to 1.21.4 for compatibility. Adjusted the plugin API version to align with the latest changes.
