Some typos fixed and added link to docker image.

Added option to reset token stored in the session

Based on v0.9 with some code cleanup and typo corrections.
Also includes the fix for the trunk8.js javascript error due to the javascript file not being loaded.

I decided to release it now as v1.0 as the initial release on GitHub.
