Describe the bug
If there is no view defined on a page with graphical views, then we get js errors.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Login as admin;
  2. Go to 'Graphical Views' -> error

Spec:

  • Scada-LTS Version <=2.7.7.3

#2927 Fixed Graphical views page when views empty:

- views.jsp - corrected for shortcut Ctrl+Shift+F;
- ViewsController.java - set default value to model if current view not exists;
- RefreshView.vue - checkViewModificationTime if exists view;
