Summary

We have had several tickets asking for extra functionality that is available in CBC but is disabled or unavailable in Pyomo (#1355, #1406, #997). CBC already needs some attention (#1295), so we may as well add new functionality as we address the CBC issue.

Rationale

We are combining all requests into one main issue for tracking purposes.

Description

This issue will track all requests thus far for added functionality in CBC, which include:

• Add persistent interface / callback support for CBC #997
• Can CBC plugin now allow quadratic objective? #1355
• Allow SOS constraints in CBCPlugin #1406
