Describe the bug

When using signal desktop (package: signal-desktop). Almost all emojis are missing.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. install nix (I am install it through home-manager standalone, I used the version from unstable branch and when I open signal desktop it tells me "Signal Desktop 7.34.0 ⁨production⁩"). SO I think everything is in the "newest" version...
2. make sure, you start fresh (delete ~/.config/Signal)
3. write any messages

Expected behavior

Should display the emojis

Its interesting, that emojis still get displayed though:

In this image, all the correct emojis are present, the missing emoji icon still appears for every one of them.

Additional context

There are these similar issued on signal, but they're marked as resolved?

I tried resetting signal by deleting the ~/.config/Signal folder, but no difference. The problem persists even after a reset...
